2. How to Initiate a Return

Note: Returns that do not have an RA# or are sent to an incorrect address may not be processed.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 7 business days from the date we receive the return for the refund to be issued to your original payment method.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If you used a credit card, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
